Account Information

Benefits of Registering

While registration is not required to explore the site or make purchases, it will enable you to receive special Façonnable promotions and discounts, save addresses and payment information for future orders and check the status of new, shipped and returned orders.

Forgotten Password

Tracking Your Order and/or Order History

A benefit extended to all Façonnable customers is that you will receive an Order Confirmation email, and a Shipping Confirmation email containing final invoice and tracking number. Shipping Confirmation emails will be received the day of shipment. 

Façonnable processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders processed before 12pm EST will be processed same-day. If you have placed an order after 12pm EST, the order will be processed the following business day.

If you choose to register with Façonnable, you will also receive the additional benefit of tracking your order status online. This includes ship status and tracking number.

Shopping

Acceptable Payment Methods

Façonnable currently accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Credit Card Gift Cards*. 

*Credit Card Gift Cards can only be used for orders less than the full amount available on the gift card. Orders cannot be split between two forms of payment when using a Credit Card Gift Card.

Currently, we do not accept money orders, personal checks, traveler's checks, cash or Façonnable Store Giftcards as payment online.

Shipment Time and Costs

Façonnable processes orders Monday through Friday. Orders processed before 12pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) will receive same-day priority. If you have placed an order after 12pm EST, the order will be processed the following business day.

Orders shipping Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, must be placed before 12pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) to receive same-day priority.

Orders will be shipped FedEx and are calculated at a flat fee rate. Home Delivery is available Tuesday - Saturday, Business Delivery is available Monday - Friday.

Shipping Internationally

Currently, Façonnable does not ship internationally. However, we have many boutiques, worldwide. You may access a list of these boutiques through our store locator.

Promotion Codes

Occasionally, Façonnable offers online promotions which can be accessed by using a code during checkout. Please refer to the promotion's terms of usage for instructions on how it may be applied to your order.

Sales Tax

Façonnable is required to collect tax for shipping to the following states, and are subject to change: CA, CO, FL, GA, NY, TX

Sales Tax will be applied to orders based on the shipping address. The rate will be applied to merchandise, shipping and handling charges, as required by law.

Pricing Guarantee

If a regular-priced item is put on price reduction within 14 (fourteen) days of the original date of purchase, you may redeem a pricing adjustment refund with your original online receipt. Sale items are not eligible for this adjustment. Please contact customer care toll-free at (877) 212-1278 for further assistance.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally items listed as out of stock, may be on pre-order or at one of our boutiques. In this case, you may place an order over the telephone with an associate at (877) 212-1278
. You will receive periodic status updates on the shipment date, and will be charged only once the item has been shipped to you.

Canceling or Changing an Order

Shipping

Shipping Methods

Façonnable ships via FedEx. Home Delivery is available Tuesday - Saturday, Business Delivery is available Monday - Friday.

Customers located within the continental US have the option of Standard Ground (5-7 Business Days), 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days), Next Day Air (1 Business Day) and Next Day Saturday Delivery (1 Day).

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Terrorities

Customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories will have the option of receiving their order via FedEx Air, with delivery within 2-3 Business Days.

Façonnable orders are processed Monday through Friday. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days from 12 noon EST on the date your order is entered into our system. 

Orders are eligible for same day expedited shipping (2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Saturday Delivery), if placed before 12 noon EST, Monday through Friday. 

Shipping to Military Addresses


We are proud to offer delivery to FPO*/APO Military Addresses via FedEx SmartPost.

*Orders delivered to FPO Military Addresses are subject to additional Duties and Customs charges, at the responsibility of the receipient.

Tracking Your Order

Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on all merchandise within 30 days of purchase for any merchandise that has not been worn, washed or altered. 

To return merchandise to the online store, please contact Customer Care, toll-free, at (877) 212-1278
for further instructions.

We recommend that you return your item(s) in their original packaging with a copy of your Packing Slip or Shipping Confirmation email. Please make sure that you include accessories, user manuals and any free gifts that came with the order. 

Your order number should be clearly visible on the outside of the parcel. 

Refunds and Credits

Items returned within 30 days of purchase that have not been worn, washed or altered are eligible for a refund, less the cost of shipping. The refund may be applied to the original tender of payment or in the form of an exchange. 

Gift recipients may return an item for an exchange. 

Items returned after 30 days, must receive authorization. If authorized, a store credit may be issued for the current selling price of the merchandise.

Items Purchased In a Boutique

Façonnable merchandise purchased in a Façonnable Boutique must be returned to a Façonnable Boutique. For contact information please check the store locator.

Returning Online Purchases to a Boutique

If you choose to return your online purchase at a Façonnable boutique, merchandise must be accompanied by the Shipping Confirmation email with the merchandise tag attached.

Items returned without Shipping Confirmation email can receive store credit or exchanged for another item.

Gift Wrap and Gift Messages

If you would like to send an item as a gift, select the gift option at checkout and include your gift message.

Your gift and personalized gift card will be enclosed in a Façonnable gift box at no additional charge. 

Gift recipients will receive a gift invoice, excluding pricing and payment type, which may be used for exchange online or in-store at a Façonnable Boutique.

Merchandise

Alterations

Currently, Façonnable does not offer alterations for items purchased online. If you would like to have an item altered, you may do so at a Façonnable boutique with a copy of your Packing Slip.

Replacement Buttons

Currently, Façonnable does not offer additional replacement buttons. However, Façonnable shirts, knits or sweaters often have two additional buttons sewn into the shirt tail or front or included within a tag envelope.

Garment Care Instructions

We take great care constructing our unique fabrics. We ensure that care continues with our customers. Our care labels offer specific instructions that will insure Façonnable garments look their best and enjoy a longer life.

While most of our styles are washable, some require dry cleaning or the use of special solvents.

Leather should only be cleaned by a professional with expertise in leather care. Clean leather garments as infrequently as possible because harsh chemicals tend to destroy supple skins. If leather gets wet, dry the garment away from heat and use a leather brush. Also, don't store leather in plastic-it needs to "breathe" naturally.
